Contribution terms & image policy

These terms keep contributed images original, credited, and safe to host.

1. Original work only

You may only upload images you created yourself, or that you otherwise hold the rights to. Do not upload agency or press photographs of real people, club crests you do not own, or any image scraped from another site.

2. Licence you grant

By uploading, you grant Worlds Wiki a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display, and distribute your image within Worlds Wiki. You keep ownership of your work. This licence ends if the image is removed.

3. Moderation

Every submission is held as pending and is not shown publicly until a moderator approves it. Moderators may reject or later remove any image for any reason.

4. Reporting & takedown

Anyone can report an image using the report link beside it. If you believe an image infringes your rights, report it and it will be reviewed and removed promptly.

5. Accountability

Uploads are tied to your account. You are responsible for what you submit and confirm you have the right to grant the licence above.
